RESEARCH ON IMPROVEMENT OF ENGINEERING TRAINING TEACHERS' QUALITY

摘要

The paper analyzes the relationship between the improvement of engineering training teachers' quality and scientific development of engineering training center. In allusion to the current characteristics of engineering training, the factors that restrict the improvement of engineering training teachers' quality are analyzed. At the same time, the approaches which improve the teachers' quality of engineering training are proposed in the research. In the light of our situation, a planned training has been put into practice to improve the quality of engineering training teachers, and a satisfaction result have been achieved.
