The Lower Colorado River Multi-Species COnservation Program (LCR MSCP) was established in 1994 to work toward conservaiton fo endangered and sensitive species while accoummodating current and future uss of the water and power resouces of the Colorado river.The LCR MSCP is aprartnership of state,federal,Indian Tribal,local,and environemtla orgnications tha treprsent water,pwor,and environmetla interests along the Colorado River in Arizona,California and Nevada.
