摘要

To raise the level of tumoricidal antibodiesrnand inhibit tumor growth, the immunizationrnwith mono-nucleosomes (mNS) was performedrnin nude mice bearing human NCI-H82 (smallrnlung cancer) and PC-3 (prostate carcinoma)rntumors in both, prophylactic and therapeuticrnmodels. The immunization with mNSs wasrnfound to increase the blood level of NS-specificrnantibodies and strongly inhibit the tumor growthrnin both models.
