Delivery of multiple antigens from Neisseria meningitides serogroup B on anionic PLG microparticles

In our previous studies, we demonstratedrnthe efficacy of anionic microparticles as arndelivery system for recombinant antigensrnfrom Neisseria meningitides type B (Men B)rn(1). These formulations involved delivering arnsingle recombinant protein antigen adsorbedrnon PLG anionic microparticles. To extendrnthe scope of our work, we explored thernadsorption and delivery of multiple antigensrnon PLG microparticles. In vivo experimentsrnwere carried out in mice and the PLGrnformulations were compared to alum withrnthe addition of CpG.
