摘要

The pharmacokinetics of rifampicin loaded inrnpoly(butylcyanoacrylate) nanoparticles has beenrnstudied after i.v. injection in mice. Application of thernnanoparticles led to significant alterations of thernbiodistribution of rifampicin. Modification of thernsurface of the nanoparticles with poloxamer 407rnallowed considerable increase of the drugrnaccumulation in lungs, which suggests an enhancedrnpotential of this delivery system for the treatment ofrnlung infections, including tuberculosis.
