摘要

In this paper, management platform is proposed for building energy monitoring system which combined embedded system, GPRS communication technology with RS485 bus technology. Supply GPRS core software and hardware implementations method. The program can monitor electricity, water, heat and other energy parameters in public buildings at real-time by building energy consumption monitoring system, in order to achieve the intelligent monitoring and management for building energy consumption, and achieve remote monitoring for building energy consumption parameters by SMS and Internet.
