摘要

The dSPACE is a software and hardware real-time control platform based on MATLAB/Simulink. In this paper, the proportional-integral defferential(PID) position regulator of the servo system is designed and dSPACE single board system DS1103 is used. Adoption of the rapid control prototyping, the control system's simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink. The model can be compiled and downloaded to dSPACE real-time hardware system by RTW/RTI. The deviation of servo system movement process can be monitored and the controller parameters can be adjusted online to improve the system's performance with ControlDesk software. The real-time simulation shows that the proposed regulator enables the system to be of excellent follow performances and the method of real-time simulation is simple and the parameters can be revised conveniently.
