Over a few decades development,rnE-commerce is dramatically changing our life. ThernInternet is the most significant environment ofrnE-commerce. It provides an efficient means forrncustomers and business organizations. At the samerntime, the Web-based e-commerce requires morerneffective technologies to support it, to make morernreliable and comprehensive. Agent technology is arnnew paradigm for developing software application,rnbecause of its powerful characters, agent-basedrntechnology has been implemented in various domains.rnE-commerce is one of them. This paper presents anrnintroductory review upon e-commerce andrnagent-based e-commerce system.
