COOPERATION MECHANISM OF AGILE VIRTUAL ENTERPRISES IN THE VIRTUAL COOPERATION WEB

In an AVE, cooperation amongrnmembers is a key factor to its success, andrncooperation needs trust. In this article, the trustrnand cooperation mechanism of agile virtualrnenterprises in virtual cooperation web (VCW) isrndemonstrated using game theory. In VCWrncircumstance, the objective function of the gamernchanged because of pursuing long-termrncooperation and benefit. At certain conditions,rnthe members' working hard level of Nashrnequilibrium will equal to that of Paretornequilibrium, this means that all members willrntake the strategy of cooperation and trust, and thernwin- win result will occur. The study shows thatrnthe VCW provides a kind of cooperationrnmechanism for the AVEs in it.
