FORECAST OF THE ECOLOGICAL SITUATION OF THE BLACK SEA UNDER INFLUENCE OF ANTHROPOGENIC FACTORS AND SOME WAYS OF ITS THERAPY

摘要

The present state of the Black Sea and its coasts is briefly described in this work and the peculiarities of processes of degradation of its ecosystems are stated as well. It is noted that anthropogenic influences of a great importance in the ecological disturbances. The methodology allowing to carry out an approximate forecast in the local sections of the Black Sea is proposed on the base of the well worked out field of the modern science. The reliability theory using minimal number of the initial data and not requiring any complicated calculations. In this aspect, this methodology frees investigator from any arbitrariness and subjectivity converting the indices of condition quality into numeral parameters of system condition. The ways in order to help out the reservoir of a crisis by stages are projected.
