摘要

A modern state of the art air quality control system for a mini-mill is designed to ventilate the meltshop and to clean up the process gases emitted by the electrical arc furnace. It incoprorates the fabric filter, flue gas ducting, and gas cooling required to make the system functional and effective. This new meltshop includes one twin shell double shaft furnace, two ladel metallurgy stations and one continuous caster. Each shell has 180 ton capacity and products 270 tons/hr.
