摘要

The low power penalty wavelength conversion technology at 1.55mum band operating at high biterate is addressed in this paper by experimental research. The improved performance of the 10Gb/s all-opticla wavelength converters based on XGM and FWM in SOA's after taking certain measures is reported. Optical fiber transmission of 10Gb/s converted NRZ signal over about 10Gb/s converted NRZ signal over about 100 km G.652 single mode fiber is implemented successfully in both of XGM and FWM regimes.
