Reflectance calibration standard for optical discs

摘要

An accurate method for the determination of reflectance of primary reference discs has been developed at National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The reference discs can be used as a traceable industry standard in the calibration of optical disc testing equipments and in the manufacturing of secondary calibration discs.
