Laser diode supply for fibre optics sensors

Nowadays, there are many universal laser diode supplies with very good parameters. These prices are considerable. Their employing in end application and students' laboratory is the question for discus. Authors worked out low cost, simple in construction from easy to obtain parts laser diode supply. To aim this task the SPICE model of laser diode with detector was elaborated.
