Expert Interface for the Industrial Source Complex Air Dispersion Model

The Expert Interface (ExInter) is a software program to aid the user in defining release scenarios and specifying the correct inputs for the Industrial Source Complex, Version 3 (ISC3) air dispersion model. This innovative system provides EPA guidance through a context-sensitive help facility and a checklist feature so that users perform dispersion modeling analysis in a consistent and systematic manner. This is achieved through a user-friendly graphical interface which includes query methodologies, or Wizards, that enable the program to identify release scenarios and ask appropriate questions to adequately characterize them.
