Improving the bubble meshing technique for remeshing purposes

To take into account movement in time-stepping finite element simulations, a possible method is to remesh the changing parts of the geometry. A remeshing technique using bubbles is presented. Attention is paid to the computational cost of the algorithm. Some methods are proposed to reduce it.
