Volume rendering for neurosurgical planning

摘要

A volume rendering library is presented to interactively analyze volume data from modalities like CT, MR, PET, SPECT, and fMRI for the plannign of neurosurgical procedures. Current applications are logging of Penfield procedures, fMRI visualization, blood vessel visualization and interactive localization of EEG electrodes implanted in the subdural spatient with epilepsy.
