A Comprehensive Evaluation Model and Empirical of Apparel Industry Cluster

This paper, based on balanced score card (BSC), goes deep into the four levels of financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth; thoroughly and systematically analyses various factors that influence the development of apparel industry clusters, then comes up with the evaluation system. On such basis, it makes use of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and takes Ningbo clothing as an example of empirical model, builds up the comprehensive evaluation model for apparel industry clusters. Therefore this paper is a reference to the evaluation of apparel industry clusters.
