A Holonic Model of System for the Resolution of Incidents in the Software Engineering Projects

The need of automation in the resolution ofthe incidents that arise in the different phases of thesoftware Engineering Projects, the desire of to managethe knowledge about how to solve an incident, the highspecialization that appears in the different sub-domainsof knowledge (security, networking, etc.), not only atindividualsȁ9; level but also at organizationsȁ9; one and thehigh rate of changes in the IT staffs, lead us to propose amodel of a system for the resolution of the incidentsbefore mentioned, based on the concepts of holon andinformon.
