Invited lecture: tubular heat transfer elements for compact two-phase heat exchangers

摘要

A synopsis is given concerning the state of art of compact heat exchangers, their use in various industries and the efforts which are made to develop and investigate new, more efficient devices. This paper deals with enhanced heat exchanger tubes for compact shell-and-tube heat exchangers, detailed information about compact plate heat exchangers will not be given. Publications concerning this topic can be found in the literature, e.g.Thonon (1998).
