A Research for Self-guided Mobile Typhoon Evasion Technology for Ship

摘要

This paper mainly deals with self-guided typhoon evasion theory and technology. It analyzes how to gather typhoon information and grasp their characters, and how to display past, present and future typhoon information on ECDIS platform. The course design is based upon forecasted typhoon path amendment, wave prediction and the gale circle prediction. Finally, we established the intelligent typhoon-evasion decision support system based upon ECDIS.
