Preparing amorphous alloy of Al87Ce3Ni10-xCux(x=0,1,3,5)with single roller spin quenching technology,after annealing the alloy for 20 minutes at 180℃,200℃,220℃ and 240℃,and then the nano-composites can be obtained.he micro-hardness of amorphous nano-composite materials are measured.The microstructure,grain size of α-Al,thermal stability,microhardness are related with the annealing temperature and the composition of alloy,and studying the relationship between them by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The present results indicated that with the increase of the content of Cu,the grain size of α-Al decreases,the increasing of the micro-hardness is due to the grain refinement:with the increase of the content of Cu,precipitation temperature of cα-Al moves to low,which is helpful for the precipitation of α-Al phase.
