摘要

Magnetic target drags (MTDs) are consists of magnetic composite nanopaticles which are by iron oxide as core and dextran as shell acts as basic unites (Bus) and conjugation with selcted medicines. Nowdags, The BUs average diameter size was defineted ≤ 50nm and optimum value is ≤ 15nm. However, The preparation of ≤ 15nm dia iron oxide/Dextran is still difficulty in technique at present. How to obtain composite parxcles of sninll size monodisperise and hoving strong magnetic property is put into focus point of the reseaches. So that, the aim in this article is seach out a type of preparation technique to solve above problems.
