Formability and Bitter Taste Masking Property of the Coated Particle with various EUDRAGIT~R Polymers

We obtained the following conclusions in this study, 1) The formability of the granules was improved by coating with EUDRAGIT~R polymer. 2) Disintegration of the tablet was affected by the characteristics of EUDRAGIT~R polymer. 3) The tablet, which had 50N of the hardness, had 30 sec of the bitter taste masked time. 4) It was possible to coat the granules of 120 μm, which had no sand feeling in the mouth, with EUDRAGIT~R polymer.
