Suggestions on Improving the Teaching of Maritime English and Examination for the Certification for Seafarers

In this article, the author analyzes the effects of the English Examination for the certification for seafarers on teaching and learning of Maritime English,points out the weaknesses in the teaching and Examination and puts forward some suggestions on improving the teaching of Maritime English and the Examination for seafarers.
