摘要

The red phosphor Y2O2S:Eu3+ was prepared by the flux fusion method. A layer of SnO2:Sb film was coated on the surface of the phosphor by the sol-gel method.The analysis of X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM), Photoluminescence spectrum(PL) and the measurement of the phosphor's resistivty were conducted for investigating the changes of crystal structure, surface morphology, photoluminescence properties and the resistivty between coated and uncoated phosphors respectively. The results indicate that a layer of SnO2:Sb film is coated on the surface of the Y2O2S:Eu3+ phosphor successfully.The compatible capability of PL and conductivity are obtained when the value of nSnO2/nY2O2S is 6%.At the same time, the influences of nSb/nSn and temperature on the resistivity of the phosphors were studied.
