Thermocatalytic Treatment of Sulphur Organci COmpounds

摘要

Results of Investigatios on thermocatalytic oxidation process of some organc sulphur compounds, phenol in the pesence of sulphur dioxide, and indusrial wastewters whihc contain sulphonated mineral mineral oils, are presented, Platinum, coppr-zinc and vanadic catalsts were used. intermediate products of the reaction and sulphur oxides gernerated in the process have a negative effect on catalsts in oxidation porcess. The process of thrmocatalytic treatment of exhausted cooling-oil emulsions with and without organic sulphur compounds was compared. The efficiency of oxidation of emulsion without sulphur was higher.
