In this paper, in contrast of previous works we did not search artificially the form of displacement function for which occur the qualitative coincidence of theoretical and experimental results, but we have solved the thermal conductivity equation with respect to experimental conditions. We have obtained the expression for the displacement function, satisfying to Takagi equation. In fact, in condition of complete transfer (the transfer x-rays from incident-reflected direction to the diffracted-reflected direction) obtained displacement function is unequivocally defined from the Takagi and thermal conductivity equation. Based on this we have proposed a new method for measure and compute the displacement function for different axes of symmetry for the crystal thus, for determination of Debye-Waller temperature factor. Method for measure the thermal conductivity coefficient is proposed.
