摘要

Analytical expressions for spectral-angular distribution of diffracted transition radiation (DTR) of relativistic electron crossing a single crystal plate are derived on the basis of two-wave approximation of dynamic diffraction theory in Laue scattering geometry. The conditions of maximal yield of DTR are investigated for given Bragg angle and energy of the electron depending on the angle between the plate surface and a set of atomic planes in the crystal (angle 8) and crystal plate thickness.
