Overall Planning Study of Equipment Storehouses for Regional Oil Spill Emergency Response

摘要

Combining "An Overall Planning of Oil Spill Emergency Response Bases and their Equipment Disposing for Guangdong Maritime Safety Administration" accomplished recently, the authors put forward a study frame for overall planning of Equipment Storehouses for Regional Qil Spill Emergency Response (ESROSER). The key technical links such as statistic and prediction of incident probability, layout and equipment disposing are also put forwarded in forms of case study application achievements.
