摘要

This paper is concerned with an evaluation model of regional sustainable development level using fuzzy neural network with multi-criteria learning algorithm. The evaluation criterions of regional sustainable development is taken as a fuzzy set, an output vector of multi-output neural network for an actual region is regarded as degree of membership of e-valuation sample to the fuzzy set , then take the degree of membership as weight value to grade the evaluation sample synthetically to evaluate regional sustainable development level. The model is used in evaluation of a certain region's sustainable development level.
