Bundling services is become major topic in Indonesia telecommunication environmentrnto date, with the latest concept for triple bundle service based on HFC network asrnphysical layer. TELKOM as incumbent TELCO Company in Indonesia has conduct therntrial with DOCSIS 1.1 for delivering data services with QoS and Packet Cable 1.0 forrndelivering voice services based on NCS protocol. With the encourages of therntechnology pioneer, TELKOM has also done research on the performance of integratedrnWLAN cable modem to deliver multi services such as voice, data and video streamingrnwith 802.11b IEEE standard specification.rnThe 802.11b specification was developed through the Institute of Electrical andrnElectronics Engineers (IEEE), the same organization that developed the Ethernetrnstandards. It allows for the wireless transmission of up to 11 Mbps of data at distancesrnfrom several dozen to several hundred feet over the 2.4 GHz unlicensed band. Thernstandard falls back to lower speeds when the signal degrades due to distance from thernwireless access point, interference or other obstructions. Clients will try to connect atrnthe full 11 Mbps, but the signal will automatically adjust to 5.5, 2 or 1 Mbps underrnchallenging conditions.rnHybrid Wired/Wireless Networks is an integrated, single-platform solution for wirelessrnand wired networking. TELKOM subscribers can easily deploy WLANs, wired LANs orrnhybrid wireless/wired LANs to share resources. Delivers compact, secure and full-featuredrnWLAN solutions that allow TELKOM subscribers to swiftly establish securernconnectivity without the hassle and expense of running Ethernet cables. TELKOMrnsubscriber itself will get beneficial on services such as voice, data and video on singlerncable with mobility function that provided by WLAN cable modem.rnPacket cable as standard that already released by Cable Labs, is the solution to deliverrnvoice over cable that based on NCS protocol. The network control system protocol isrnsubstandard from MGCP that responsible to deliver telephony services via DOCSISrnQoS Multimedia Terminal Adapter (MTA). Combine with WiFi from IEEE 802.11b, nowrnwe can integrate both beneficial features into single modem that can deliver voice overrncable.rnThis paper will describe regarding our architecture and recommendation that follow withrncalculation for traffic engineering to deliver multi services on integrated WiFi with HFCrnnetwork so the performance of the network will be capable to deliver voice, data andrnvideo streaming on single access platform.
