In the process of pillar stoping, how to reduce ore’s dilution is always the prime concern of mining engineer. According to the key technique of grouting theory, the grouting tests to form the artificial pillar were done by using homemade test device, and grouting effects of different grouting methods were contrasted. The result indicates that the capability of crushed stones after grouting was improved remarkably. After analyzing the test data, the correlation of grouting parameters was analyzed, such as grouting permeating distance, injection volume, and so on. It was shown that the distinct influencing factor on injected volume was water cement ratio,but the influences of height of injected hole and porosity were small; compared with water cement ratio and height of injected hole, injection volume was the important factor on grouting permeating. The test result has some project referential value.
