We propose a method to demodulate and reconstruct the interference signal of time-domain optical coherence tomography based on wavelet-ridge. Firstly, for the signal acquired, we computed its continuous, complex-valued, wavelet transform. Then the frequency signature at the position of wavelet-ridge was determined. We reconstructed the original signal by equal-interval sampling the wavelet coefficient module at the position of wavelet-ridge. Thus, the noise variance was estimated using wavelet decomposition coefficients in high frequency. This method is simply operated and shows potential in application.
