Abstract: This paper discusses a main unit of photoelectric automeasurement system for shape and position which is composed of slit scanning optical system with semiconductor laser and fine servo mechanical system. A single chip micro- computer, real-time data processor and other hardware are used to form a main controller to realize high sped, non- contact auto-measuring roundness, cylindricity, axiality and parallelism for revolving part C language is used to program for software.
