摘要

We report the design of a fibre optie-based redox deteetion system for investigating differences in metabolic activities of tissues. Our system shows qualitative agreement with the results collected from a commercial two-photon microscope system. Thus, demonstrating the feasibility of building an ex vivo and in vivo redox detection system that is low cost and portable.
