Abstract: The Conical Scanning Horizon Sensors on the Indian Remote Sensing satellite IRS-1B which detect the Earth's radiation in the 14 - 16 $mu@m Carbon dioxide band have provided radiance data versus latitude and longitude. The present paper describes the method of generating the radiance data and the results obtained for the period January to July 1992. !6
