Deformation Analysis of Screen Printing Process in Color PDP Manufacturing

Various deformations that may occur in screen printing process and the methods of reducing them are introduced. In order to analyze the size variation between the printed pattern and the stencil pattern, we have built up two physical models from a viewpoint of force interaction between the squeegee and the screen fabric.
