摘要

In order to investigate the work and wear behaviors of the spares with dynamicrnmoving character, an impact abrasion test by single pendulum scratch method could bernemployed. In this paper, the behavior of impact abrasion and the impact speed effect inrnMMC Al_2O_(3f)/Al-9Si-alloy were studied. The results show that: (1) In the case of 3m/s impactrnspeed, with an increasing of volume fraction, the resistance of impact abrasion decreases.rnThe 20% Al_2O_(3f)/Al-9Si has the highest resistance of impact abrasion while the 25%rnAl_2O_(3f)/Al-9Si has the lowest value under the condition of 4m/s. The behavior of impactrnabrasion at 4m/s speed is prior to that of same materials at 3m/s speed condition. (2)rnDuring impact abrasion, two kinds of phenomenon appear together. One is serious plough,rnanother is voids caused by the short fiber Al_2O_(3f) pulled out of matrix.
