摘要

The purpose of this experiment is to explore the relationship between depth of outsole patterns and its slip resistance performance. In view of different depth of outsole patterns, we use slippery and rough road in this experiment and test the slip resistance performance on dry and wet condition. The results show that the depth of outsole patterns and the contact road surface impact relatively on slip resistance performance of outsole. The size of slip resistance performance of outsole is the largest when the depth of outsole pattern is 2.3mm on dry condition of slippery road; so is 1mm on wet condition of slippery road; and also it is the largest when the depth of outsole pattern is 3mm on dry or wet condition of rough road surface. In addition, it also provides an important frame of reference.
