摘要

A new kind of casting Cu-alloy, which is able to be cast in air with high electric conductivity and heat resistance, was studied. Its chemical composition, manufacture process, strengthening mechanism and mechanic properties, at different temperatures were analyzed and presented. After holding at 970℃~980℃ for 50 min and quenching in water, then holding at 470℃-480℃ for 2h and cooling in air. its mechanic properties at room temperature are σ _b ≥ 340MPa, σ_(0.2) ≥260 MPa, δ_5 ≥15%,HRB ≥75, g(%IASC) ≥75 and the main properties at 450℃ are: σ_b ≥220MPa, σ_(0.2) ≥200 MPa, δ _5 ≥15%.
