摘要

A kind of nano TiO_2 dioxide photocatalysis material used on pavement for degradation of automobile end gas was made by synthesized dispersion method in this work. Ultrasonic, high speed shearing and surfactant were used when nano TiO_2 was dispersed in matrix material and the dispersibility conditions in relation with content of nano TiO_2, concentration of dispersant and time of ultrasonic treatment were determined by L_(25)(5~4) orthogonal test. TEM topography indicated that nano TiO_2 was dispersed uniformly in the matrix material and the grain sizes were in the range of 20-50nm in diameter. Degradation properties of the photocatalysis material were measured by a special apparatus designed for this test. Results of photocatalysis reaction proved that nitrogen oxide (NO_x) in end gases could be degraded under ultraviolet radiation and a high degradation efficiency of 83.92% was obtained.
