摘要

Activated sludge process is the main technology for urban wastewater treatment. The design and development of overall dynamic simulation system for activated sludge process has been finished here. This simulation system is mainly applied to predicting performance of wastewater treatment equipment and choosing technological scheme during design stage; analyzing operational conditions, instructing production, a reference for improving technology and increasing load of plant; It can also be used for training operators' operation skills in the wastewater treatment plant. Different from most of the current software (SSSP, GPS-X, EFOR, etc), the simulation system of process presented in this paper covers realtime simulation of distributed control system (DCS) for the wastewater treatment device and operation evaluation system for simulation system. The application example shows that using this simulation system to simulate the actual wastewater treatment plant and control system can analyze and instruct the actual production effectively.
