This paper proposes a new design system for RF frequency optimization related to intermodulation interference. Based on the nonlinearity performance of the receiver frontend LNA, the intermodulation products could be quantificationally analyzed. Therefore, it could complement the limitation of the old prediction system which only computes the frequencies of the intermodulation products but fails to consider the powers/amplitudes of the intermodulation products. The new design system takes into account the intermodulation products which are relatively high compared to the sensitivity but fall into the nearby outside the primary receive passband. This design system is applied to solve the intermodulation interference of a source-victim problem on a space aircraft and good agreement between the computed and measured results is obtained.
