STEIN SHON Engine room monitoring fault-diagnosis expert system for ship transport safety

摘要

In this paper the Fault Tree (FT) of STEIN SHON Engine Room Monitoring System is construccted according to the Fault Tree theory. After simplified, the FT is encoded and inputted into the computer for the qualitative and quantitative analyses. According to the failure rate of the component and the analytical result, the period of maintenance and the plan of spares ahve been worked out.
