摘要

An optical microphone consisting of a microfiber attached to a polymer diaphragm is presented. The measuredacoustic sensitivity of the microphone is 856.2 mV/kPa and its working range is up to 2500 Hz. The sensitivityand working range of this microphone setup can be tailored easily as per the requirement.
