VMI and Supplier Scheduling: A Natural Supply Chain Optimization ― A Case Study

This presentation covers a case study where the supply chain management functions were optimized through total business process realignment. These allows us to more quickly and efficiently serve the customer and simultaneously improve relationships with key suppliers. This presentation shows how our company integrated vendor-managed inventory (VMI) through our ERP system with supplier scheduling to maximize communication, minimize lead times, reduce inventory, and improve quality of work life.
