A visual and analytical approach to the costumer journal

摘要

The Costume Journal is assigned to students enrolled in an undergraduate History of Costume class. This assignment allows students to sharpen visual acuity and spatial ability skills, to use diverse materials to develop a unified theme, to integrate knowledge of the Zeitgeist into the theme of the journal, to strengthen creativity skills, to learn the american Psychological Association citation method, and to increase the attention to detail so important in the textiles and apparel industries.
