摘要

A novel targeted drug-delivery vehicle was developed based on a stable lipid nanoemulsion containing only nonionic biological lipids. The targeted drug delivery by the nontoxic nanoemulsion particles, which represent predominantly colloidal liquid crystals of the mixed lipids, is accomplished rapidly (after intravenous injection) via an active (endocytic) uptake process.
