This research investigated cabin safety culture in a major Asian airline by random sampling of cabin crewmembers, with a valid survey response rate of 94,42%. Factors of management commitment, rule compliance, work environment, accident investigation, personal priorities and need for safety, communication, priority of safety, competence, safety rules, supportive environment, and job satisfaction were extracted by the Factor Analysis to represent the safety culture dimension. Data of one way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) revealed that different cabin crew backgrounds, except gender, resulted in a different perception on most safety culture factors. In addition, work environment, accident investigation, priority of safety, safety rules, and management commitment were regarded as the top five areas most in need of management attention for improvement.
